A couple corrections:

1. Actually, wind turbines do take the wind from the sky. That's basic Newtonian physics. The kinetic energy of the wind is transfered to the turbine blades and thence to the pushing electrons in the generator.

2. Only home-scale wind energy can be stored (in batteries). Commercial, or industrial, wind energy is not stored, except for a couple seconds' worth to ride through dips in the grid supply.

There are *some* restoration activities you can do yourself as well, to save money - ageing brass is quite an achievable one, and so is polishing antiques properly (although it requires more than just a toothbrush and some Brasso :) )

I agree :) And any site worth their salt, especially on the internet, will be friendly and communciative. Look for facilities like being able to ask questions about products and having them promptly and thoroughly answered, and having a forum or blog to give a bit more interactivity.

Of course, electrical energy is useful for us. I beleive it was just an attempt to create a catchy title... the succesfull one ;)

The background you give us is interesting. You are right we misuse the term electric energy.

Here you can find a short way to right "electrical" which can make your post much shorter.
